Still debating whether to join the Academy or not.History: I've been overweight all my life. A few years ago i joined WW and reached my goal and kept it off for almost 2 years. After getting a low back injury and some personal/marital issues I gained a lot,but thankfully, not all of it back. Can't afford WW anymore and its changed so much since when I first joined, I hear it's not as good as it used to be. So now I'm checking out Nerd Fitness. So far I really like it. Thanks. Are you thinking about doing a challenge when the next one starts? That is a great way to commit to a plan and to get some support/accountability in following up on it.
