El Exorcisto
STRONG gym is also in Springfield. It's a Starting Strength gym with power racks, benches, prowlers, and a pile of iron. I guarantee it would make you stronger faster, and the membership is going to be a butt load cheaper. Just sayin... 2 Quote My training log Spoiler 2016 Hudson Valley Strongman presents Lift for Autism (USS), April 16th Contest report 2015 Hudson Valley Strongman presents Lift for Autism (NAS), April 18th Contest report Eighth Annual Vis Vires Outdoor Strongman Competition (Unsanctioned), August 1st Contest report "What's the difference between an injury that you train around and an injury that you train through?" El Exorcisto
It was just a quick Google for Springfield Missouri powerlifting gym. I recognized the name of it because the owner wrote an article on the SS website about Prowler drills. Their membership is $39 a month. A few hours of overtime a month or a cheaper internet plan alone could make up the difference. It's all about priorities.
