Scorched my previous PR for OHP

Anyone who knows me that whilst squats are my great love, OHP is my dirty pleasure. I stopped doing them for almost six months because my coach wanted me to focus on bench pressing more but he added them back in a few weeks ago and they're just flying up at the moment.

My previous PR was 45kgx1 last December. Today, I pressed 45kgx5 at the end of a monster 4 hour training session. Now I just need an opportunity to have a go at a 1RM...
