The incline has gotten lower a couple of times, but the one time I attempted full push-ups before today I fell flat. And that's literally. Everything just rebelled - arms, legs, back, shoulders, everything. So I stepped back and continued working. Today I felt like it was time to try again. And I did! I managed 9 over 3 sets (4, 3, 2), and it was only my shoulders which gave out. Shoulders are about to learn that falling behind the rest of me is not acceptable. I've only managed to do 3 sets of 6,but it feels like I weren't doing them correctly or something...
