av8uk Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 Hello all, I'm new to this forum, though I've been reading Nerdfitness for a couple of months now, and absolutely loving it! I'm a 31 yr old guy living in Sydney, Australia. I recently got married, and decided I want to get in shape before my wife and I have kids, so that I have the energy to keep up with them! I've been doing the RSG Body Weight Brigade workout, Rank 1, for about 4 weeks now. I'll type up my logs and post them soon. There are a few other members from Sydney, myself included Good luck with your goals, I'm personally running and a few weeks into convict conditioning, so I'm not too sure about any advice for you.
