For those of you who don't know, I've been having trouble eating ENOUGH to get the amount of calories, protein, and carbs I need daily for my strength goals. In other words, I calorie count because I need to eat MOAR, not because I need to eat less. Admittedly, my day hasn't been totally healthy, but even so...it's not at all UNhealthy. Baby steps! And big congrats on hitting the calorie target; as I understand it is tough to eat more (and healthy) when are used to eating under the targeted amount.
