I instantly fell in love. Health, diet, and excercise information wrapped in a nerdy package. My primary mode of exercise is running but I'm not that fast and I'm not that toned. I want to change both of those things! Feel free to give me pointers and advice. Also, recently downloaded the Rebel Runner's Guide and may just consider the contest that's involved... I think my biggest mistake previously as a runner was that all I did was run. No cross training. I've kind of hit a plateau in terms of my fitness and I think this website will be a HUGE help.
