Squishing in some games

Hello all friends

 

My name is Marko and Ive got some goals to achieve. But before that happens let me tell you about myself

Im 5'11 and 155lbs. My background includes (a while ago) some low level gymnastics strength training and martial arts. My gf and I just had our first and shes only 7 weeks old. In between work, chores, and spending time with the preciouses, Im doing some re-introduction to sweat in the ol' living room with some light bell weights and calisthetics

My goals here are to gain enough power, agility, and flexibility to move back into flips and twists mixing in kicks.

My biggest problem right now are my weak back and glutes, and horrible flexibility that only lets me kick waist high.

 

So that being said I look forward to progress and witnessing fellow players succeed!
