Chesterton
So I have been watching the biggest loser and have been enjoying it.....other than the very cringe worthy moments that it is riddled with lol. However the show got me to thinking. ..they kill themselves on a last minute workout the day before weighing in. ...........does that actually even work? Elastigirl
Not sure, doesn't seem like it to me. I mean you may sweat more and then if you didn't drink water(not a good idea but what I think they do) you might lose some water weight. But I do think the idea of occasionally having a give it 110% workout is helpful. Near challenge end, I like to do a couple of workouts and have them be my " last chance workout" Just a mental game I play, where I say to myself this is it, challenge is almost up, last chance to prove yourself, and try to see how hard I can push myself.
