hilasmos Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 Hello everyone! I've just found NF, and it looks like a great community to learn about fitness and improving one's life. I was recently challenged to get into better shape, and I'm trying to learn how to do so. I am 30 pounds overweight and not very strong, so I am looking to build new habits to get my weight where it should be and build some strength and endurance. Right now I want to work on body weight exercises and learning to run. My main goal is to be able to pass the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test, which for my age would be 3 pull-ups, 45 sit-ups, and running 3 miles in 29 minutes by the end of this year.
