woot x2

i did a muscle up (on the bar, not on rings... that is still to come) today! just one... but it felt pretty cool being on top of everything like that.

today i had a 550m sprint in my workout... and i finally know where the treadmill maxes out: 12.3 mph. and i could've gone faster.

it's great because these are like... progress points that are showing me my hard work is accomplishing something, at least in the fitness part of my world.

well... i still have to master the handstand, the handstand push-up, the L pull-up, and of course i always want to be stronger and faster. just because i beat the treadmill doesn't mean it's all over! i also have my marathon in october...

and then there's the rest of my life... it'd be nice if that were as on track :)
