adam Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 i did a muscle up (on the bar, not on rings... that is still to come) today! just one... but it felt pretty cool being on top of everything like that. today i had a 550m sprint in my workout... and i finally know where the treadmill maxes out: 12.3 mph. and i could've gone faster. it's great because these are like... progress points that are showing me my hard work is accomplishing something, at least in the fitness part of my world. adam Posted June 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 well... i still have to master the handstand, the handstand push-up, the L pull-up, and of course i always want to be stronger and faster. just because i beat the treadmill doesn't mean it's all over! i also have my marathon in october... and then there's the rest of my life... it'd be nice if that were as on track Quote Link to comment
