New to NF, but like many of you not new to either separately.

Recommended Posts

I'm 30 year old Asian-American male, about 220 lbs, 6ft tall. I have recently been living a long way from home and find my nutritive choices are far less ideal than I would have hoped. Authentic Mexican food is just so delish lol.

Anyway, not new to nerdiness or fitness, kind of trying to get back on track. I am into bodyweight and resistance band training though anything works. My major influences in fitness are Mark Lauren, Scooby1961, and Dave Schmitz among others.

Hello, and looking forward to a fruitful and hopefully enjoyable stay with you guys and gals.

You know, there's probably recipes out there for healthier versions of the Mexican food you like that won't cost too much and won't be that difficult to make.

You don't have to give up your favorite foods completely.

Anyway, welcome!
