Trembriele Battles the Free Magic

Pull
Single-Leg Glute Bridge / One-leg Kick Back: 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
Pull-up Progression #-5 - pull-up from standing/half hang : 5, 4, 4, 4, 4
Horizontal Pull # 8 (looser) tuck knees front lever rows:  1, 1, 1, 1, 1

 

 

i tried to to make the transition up again to a 1/2 tuck front lever row and couldn't hold it.  I'm not sure if the issue is arm strength or core strength, but I'm going to keep working it with my legs as loose as I can manage without falling out.
