Trembriele Battles the Free Magic

After a planned rest week to coincide with my vacation, I'm back at it.  I kept all my numbers the same for the first session, but moved up a progression on the push-ups.

 

Push
Squat Progression #13 - advanced shrimp squats : 5, 5, 5, 4, 4
Handstand Push-up Progression #-11 - diamond wall handstand push-up 1/2: 3, 3, 3, 3, 2
Leg Raise Progression #13 - hanging v-raise windshield wipers: 3, 2, 2, 2, 2
Push-up Progression #12 - wall one-arm push-ups: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

I'm baaaaaack!  I still have some lingering sinus / chest congestion, but it's not too bad.  

 

My my migraines have started again and I'm having some troubling vertigo.  I was very worried I'd have vertigo upside down in a handstand, so those are eliminated until I can get things worked out with my neurologist.  I'm subbing in an overhead press with some hand weights for now.
