Trembriele
Still killing it i see, awesome! Thanks! I'm still not there on the pull-ups, but when I look back to when I started this log I see definite and measurable progress. On the downside - although my waist is smaller, I had to go up a pant size in long pants (not dresses) due mainly the muscle growth in my glutes and quads. Quote Battle Log Link to comment

Trembriele
I've been out of commission for about a week and a half due to a sinus infection. I decided to do the smart/self care thing this time and not try to work out through the illness. In the past, I've felt like skipping a workout was a cop out, but in my old age I've decided that I don't get the benefit from a workout if I'm too sick, and it only prolongs the illness. Today was my first day back, so I picked up with my last number of reps instead of increasing. I planned to deload if needed. My reps weren't the cleanest, and there was shaking - but I made it through and I can still breathe without pain.PushSquat Progression #11 - renegade pistol squats: 3, 2, 2, 2, 2Handstand Push-up Progression #9+ - wall handstand 3/4 push-up: 5, 5, 4, 4, 4Leg Raise Progression #12 - hanging fan raises: 3, 3, 2, 2, 2Push-up Progression #9 - decline push-ups: 5, 5, 4, 4, 4I do think that I will join in the next challenge - I'm ready to refocus on diet. 1 Quote Battle Log Link to comment
