Trembriele Battles the Free Magic

I've been out of commission for about a week and a half due to a sinus infection. I decided to do the smart/self care thing this time and not try to work out through the illness. In the past, I've felt like skipping a workout was a cop out, but in my old age I've decided that I don't get the benefit from a workout if I'm too sick, and it only prolongs the illness. Today was my first day back, so I picked up with my last number of reps instead of increasing. I planned to deload if needed. My reps weren't the cleanest, and there was shaking - but I made it through and I can still breathe without pain.

Push

Squat Progression #11 - renegade pistol squats: 3, 2, 2, 2, 2

Handstand Push-up Progression #9+ - wall handstand 3/4 push-up: 5, 5, 4, 4, 4

Leg Raise Progression #12 - hanging fan raises: 3, 3, 2, 2, 2

Push-up Progression #9 - decline push-ups: 5, 5, 4, 4, 4

I do think that I will join in the next challenge - I'm ready to refocus on diet.
