REBEL RUNNING GUIDE CHALLENGE

Hi all,

Like many of you I'm sure, I've recently picked up my copy of the Rebel Running Guide. As part of the deal, I'm going to be participating in the Challenge taking place from October 3rd to December 12th. I thought it would be good to have a central place to record our goals and progress, so if anyone's interested, here's the place!

Here are my goals:

  • Run my next 10k race barefoot
  • Complete the Mud Run obstacle course on December 3rd
  • Start laying the foundation for next year's marathon by increasing my mileage from 10-15k/week (current) to 40+ km/week
  • Bodyweight training 3 times per week
If I think of anything else, I'll add it to the list.

So what are you doing for the challenge?
