A.K
Hey everyone, Um I'm a 24 year old man-child, stuck at home with parents still (sigh) and found nerdfitness through the level up your life article, since steve puts alot of stock in things like the paleo diet, which I've always imagined to be a superior diet. I started looking around the website, and since the community looks good thought I'd join up Basically I just wanna gain strength/muscle and general fitness, welbeing etc But for now I'm focusing on working out every other day, I'm only doing the begginer bodyweight workout but I just want to get into the routine before I buy a barbell, I read starting strength a long time ago, went to a gym to try it out and the dude was like hey don't do that excercise, do this one! so I didn't go back. But, I did start to clean up my diet. So I guess my goals are (at the minute) consistency in both my diet and working out (diet is so hard!) Quote Link to comment
bigm141414
Excellent goals to start with. What is your current routine for BW stuff? Also, good call on leaving the gym. Don't need to be going to a place with pushy people. What are your current eating habits like? If you need food type inspiration check out catspaw's 6 week challenge for nommy goodness.
