thewritescott Posted September 9, 2014 Report Share Posted September 9, 2014 I've been working for weeks to complete the 300 Workout Challenge:http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/03/13/the-300-workout/ 25 Pullups50 Deadlifts with 135 lbs50 Pushups50 Box Jumps - 24 inches50 Floor Wipers - 135 lbs50 (each arm) Single-arm Clean and Press Kettlebells - 36 lbs25 Pullups The challenge is to do this in 30 minutes or less. I clocked in at 29:40! And the NF community helped me on this. Aside from learning about the challenge from the link above, I posted Deadlift questions and got excellent advice on how to correct my form. The Deadlifts and Kettlebell portions of these were the most difficult. So now I move on to my next challenge.
