I'm a n00b and approaching running/work outs for the very first time. A question to those who have the guide: what are some alternatives you would recommend to cycling and swimming (on Thursdays)? I don't own a bike/know anyone in the nearest vicinity who has one nor can I swim. I plan to own a bike AND learn how to swim in the upcoming months, but it isn't feasible at the moment... either way, I want to start the rookie workout as soon as possible! Even better would be rowing, also easy to find at the gym.
