gloo
Trying to decide if I should keep or drop it. I've been using it mixed with 1/3 cup of chia seeds and taking that on campus as part of my on campus food. But looking more into this stuff it seemed I should toss it aside while trying to do the paleo thing. Especially after hearing about how not good vitaminwater is (not really surprised...). anyways what do you guys think? comparatively to other flavored drinks, this seems pretty good to me. anxiety
It doesn't really seem that bad for you, it actually seems healthy. Vitamin water isn't good for you because it has almost as much sugar as soda does. It seems really healthy if you mix the chia seeds with them! If you like it, I would keep it!
