The woots of Godeskian

Recommended Posts

So I am hoping to do many awesome things with the help of nerd fitness, including but not limited to: losing 27 kilos, fitting into a size 34 again. Doing at least one pull up, doing at least one handstand push up. Doing a stand to stand bridge.

All of these will be woot worthy, but my very first woot achieved yesterday was to go down a notch on my belt.

Woot!

I have taken all knowledge to be my province.

It is! I'm not weighing myself until I've completed my six week challenge so the main metric I have to see what's happening is clothes.

I have taken all knowledge to be my province.
