Current stats Weight 283Height 6'1Fitness level - increasing by the dayMax weight bench - so far 125 (would like to see that at 250 one day) I have an olympic weight set - and free weightsI have an ogre build - I am looking to lose 50 more lbs Switching to Paleo as a lifestyle (not just a diet) starting with food and weights Quote Grundig -- Ogre in training.
