I already posted to the guilds so some of this is copy

I stumbled upon this place while seeking info about fitness for desk jockeys

 

Currently making the complete transition to a paleo lifestyle - that includes the commitment to activity. 

 

Current stats

 

Weight 283

Height 6'1

Fitness level - increasing by the day

Max weight bench - so far 125 (would like to see that at 250 one day) 

I have an olympic weight set - and free weights

I have an ogre build - I am looking to lose 50 more lbs

 

Switching to Paleo as a lifestyle (not just a diet) starting with food and weights

Grundig -- Ogre in training.
