Greetings and Salutations

Hey folks! Got recommended to this site by a friend of mine, and I guess it's time to jump in feet first!

 

I'm a former martial artist (seven years Tae Kwon Do experience) who got increasingly sedentary when I hit college and my first real (desk) job. About seven months back, I figured it was time to tackle my growing gut and my self-image issues and deal with them. I've been doing "New Rules of Lifting" programs since I started back on my fitness kick, and just switched to StrongLifts on the strength of a friend's recommendation. I've made some good progress, but I'm looking to make a lot more gains, especially in size and strength. I also need to start getting myself eating better--something that this forum may help with, I don't know.

 

So, that's me. Hi!
