Hey I've been lurking for a month or so now, and have decided to make the plunge and develop better habits. I'm changing my diet, and doing weight lifting exercises every other day.

 

The major change I'm making in my diet is dropping the two bottles of vodka and eight cans of lager I've ingested every day for abut six years now - I'm two weeks into that. I'm not going to lie, it's been tough - but learning that getting fit doesn't mean eating nothing but washed lettuce and doing an hour every day on the treadmill has greatly helped.

 

Anyhoo, I'm an illustrator and graphic artist, also a Sim City and Mario Kart fanatic.

 

EDIT: My gameplan is to bulk up.
