Discon Posted October 4, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 4, 2014 It took me pretty exactly two months, with the two first weeks only doing two workouts/week, and one sick week. I was able to increase the weight by 5 kg every time Where are you lifting-wise? Quote Link to comment
