Where is the Before and After board?

I am at a low point - I have been dieting and changing for 5 months now - And I look back at what I was and I am happy with where I am going but I realized I am still .. fat. 

 

I want to know that what I am doing is possible. 

 

I would love to see others like myself who have leveled up , as it were. 

 

Where is that? 

 

We should praise those who are succeeding ! and Let others benefit from their inspiration. 

 

And I could use a little inspiration about now.
