Madam_Patella Posted October 3, 2014 Report Share Posted October 3, 2014 Hey, so I was at this place where a guy was giving an intro to the basic forms of climbing, showing what gear was used, route difficulties, etc. At the end he pulled out this "gyro" ball that looked like this: Here's a quick video. He said it's supposed to help improve your grip and overall wrist/forearm strength. Have any of you tried one of these? I was thinking of getting one just for fun. Quote Link to comment

Frustrating as h#!l the first five tries, but once you get it going the movement is fairly intuitive. I've been using it whenever I get bored.If any of you guys are interested, I found it here on Amazon. Quick advice: make sure it comes with a wrist strap (It will fly to Neverland if you drop it) and a string for easy 'start-ups'. Quote Link to comment
