Lion Posted October 18, 2011 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 My name is Ryan aka Ryan the Lion, I am 20 years old i've been involved in health and fitness for about 2 years. I am a nerd for sure, I love lord of the rings AND star wars. I loved video games, i've since recovered from my addiction (thank god). I am beginning my weight training now, I would like the body of the Spartans in 300, ripped and functional. I want to be able to do a bunch of pull-ups AND run a few miles. My ultimate goals are: -to be able to run 5 miles 6 days a week with a bulletproof vest on (about 80 lbs) and ankle and wrist weights (20 lbs) for a total of 5 miles non-stop with 100 extra pounds of weight on me!!! -do 5 pull-ups with 100 lbs attached to me -do squats with 500 lbs -deadlift 600 lbs -Stick to a healthy natural diet, if feasible a carnivorous diet, no veggies no fruit, just meat (and spices of course) These are big goals but I have the heart and determination to see them through...
