Hey everyone, I'm Sandy, a stay-at-home mom who needs to lose some baby weight off of my small frame. I've always been physically active (gymnastics, volleyball and track as a kid, running and horseback riding as an adult), but the birth of my baby one year ago and the preceeding months of pregnancy took quite a toll on my body! I'm finally feeling like my old self and ready to get back into shape. I've started exercising daily and am working on eating better. I have quite a few food allergies (corn being the worst), and have to follow a careful diet. I've slacked quite a bit over the past year and really want to get back on track. I want to get in the best shape of my life!!
