rkirby316 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 I've been a vegetarian for over a year and am considering evolving my diet slowly but surely towards 100% paleo. Since most Paleo diet instructions I've encountered involve eating mostly meat, I'm finding this goal to be quite daunting. Anyone out there with tips, suggestions, or recipes to help me get started?
