I'm guessing around 65-70 gradually over time. Took Zija for a while, that was way to expensive. Was on Amphetamines for about 8 months this year and lost a little over 30 pounds, I'm now down to 270. Starting Paleo, HIIT and strength training. 31 years old, 2 kids a four year old and a one year old, both girls. Just finished coaching soccer for my 4 year old and got a very nice reminder that I'm fat and way out of shape and don't want to be. Looking forward to learning and working with you all! Have you thought of what kind of workout plan you want to go for? And do you have any goals outside of just weight loss?
