Doubled!

So I've had a slow night at work, and my co worker happened to mention that one of the other guys at work started ripping out pull ups like a machine for no reason other than that he could. I decided it would be a good time to test out if I've lost any strength from not going to the gym for the last few months (that's a whole different story) and see if I could still manage to scrape out 2 pull ups myself.

I did 4. In full freezer gear holding on by my finger tips!

Also weighed myself a couple weekends back and I've still managed to drop kgs even though I've made no conscious effort to do so. I shall be rid of this pot belly in no time!
