fortheplaid!
Today is the day!! After struggling for MONTHS on my press, I watched a video by Alan Thrall on youtube on proper pressing form. Following his very informative advice, I was able to 5x5 Press 100 lbs today, a personal best!! Even better, I finished so strong I feel I have no problem getting 105 next week! The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
