ErikM Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 walked into a bar...wait, what? i've been hacking away at chin-ups/pull-ups for a couple weeks now and finally got the elusive full chin-up today so, i waited a couple min and got my 2nd and subsequently my 3rd full chin-ups done this morning pull-up not so much, about 2/3 of the way up go team me! Keep it up, I've notice the same thing, I can do more chins than pulls. But I tell you what, either way, your first chin and your first pull up just make you feel like a badass. I haven't done a pull-up since I was 13... something I hope to remedy within the next few months.You'll get there, just keep at it. Steve has some great posts on how to progress until you can do one. I had a dream the other night that I cranked out ten and I was like "oh hell yeah!". I'm still in progress to reach my 1st goal of 3 sets of 10 BW pulls & chins. I'll get there, and so will you.
