1st (and 2nd) muscle-up! (Plus, pain)

Been working on a side quest of muscleups. 

 

Two nights ago, I shocked myself, by doing the first one ever. Then, a couple of minutes later, I did a second one.

 

That's all I could manage for the night. And last night, I couldn't repeat the feat, but I'm getting pretty close.

 

One disclaimer, I'm pulling my knees up to my chest for momentum.

 

On a side note: If I do pullups without warming up enough, I get a little bit of tenderness on the outside of my right elbow. Usually it goes away, though once in a while it's enough that I don't do any pullups.

 

Last night during my muscleup attempts, the same pain hit me with a vengeance. And it's still sore today. It almost feels like a bruise, but it's not.

 

Could this be tennis elbow? According to a 2 minute skimming of wikipedia, the symptoms are similar. :-P
