TheTeddy13 Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 I have a dedicated workout that I do monday/wednesday/friday with parkour related skill days in between and I'd say I eat about 80% paleo. I've lost 70lbs since August of last year and put on quite a bit of muscle, but I can't seem to lose that last little bit of body fat that's holding me back. I've also been thinking of taking up the advanced bodyweight circuit on the website, maybe it would kick-start the fat loss. Does anyone have any other suggestions for losing the stubborn bits of body fat? Quote Link to comment
