I've basically spent my entire life behind a PC or doing some sort of sitting. I was a fat kid but after a bout of depression (aka barely eating) I dropped all that weight and ended up being skinny-fat. I've been lifting for a few months and have made good composition progress but nothing worth mentioning (Just burned off a good amount of fat), My issue was that I was under-eating and that was without even noticing. I will now begin monitering my weight and hopefully things will change as I get the hang of free-weights. Long term battle goals:-Look big and strong-Pretty much it Short tem battle goals:-Get the hang of counting calories and find some high calorie foods to fill the gap-Work on my form through all excercises I've been doing-Learn to barbell squat as I cannot do it for the life of me I'm into Comic books, video games, movies, the occult and reading, Feel free to ask me anything!
