Just thought I would jump over here to introduce myself.Name is Daniel, been working out consistently for about a year and still loving it. Just looking for new ways to motivate towards the specifics. NF seemed like a great opportunity to try that so here I am. I work, play sports and workout. It's pretty much all I do right now.
