I just entered (late) the current challenge and the link to my thread is here. Just thought I would jump over here to introduce myself.

Name is Daniel, been working out consistently for about a year and still loving it. Just looking for new ways to motivate towards the specifics. NF seemed like a great opportunity to try that so here I am. I work, play sports and workout. It's pretty much all I do right now.

 

So just wanted to say hi and hope to learn some more discipline from you guys! I appreciate the help in advance!
