blueberrykayak Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 So I don't know what happened other than I'm lazy, and my work involves me sometimes working early mornings and late nights, and I'm lazy and refuse to go back out to go to the gym. For about the last month I've been sporadically going to the gym to swim. Besides that I've sat around on the couch and made unhealthy food decisions. So I'm back now, because like steve says why wait till January. Goals for the next 30 days are to drink 3 litres of water every day and to run/walk at least a mile every day for 30 days (i've already made two days). I'm going to not get frustrated by this as I can swim for miles with no problem but I go running and can't breath after 30 seconds. Quote Link to comment

I was never much of a runner (still am not), but I've been able to get to the point where I can pretty much run 3 miles (very, very slowly) whenever I feel like it.
