Singina87
I have been a follower of the Paleo lifestyle for 3 years now. When I say follow I mean I have known about and loved every aspect of it but I haven't been consistent for 3 years. I get lazy looking for the easy options and fall off the wagon miserably. I have a desk job and by the time I get home I just want to sit on the couch and watch tv or play on my phone. I was in the best shape of my life when I was planning my meals and cooking the night or a couple days before. My mood has changed my weight crept back up and I just feel down right awful but I guess that's not motivation enough to change. I have a lot of Paleo cookbooks at my disposal and a gym membership that I pay for every month and I don't use either tools. Is/Has anyone else going/gone through this? Has anyone overcome this? HELP. Here is to the next 30 days. Quote Link to comment
Kevboat
3 years? That's Impressive. I went like 3 months, but I'm starting again. My big challenge is that my family rays mostly junk food and get offended when I don't want to. Still, I'm trying again and so falling you. Quote Link to comment
