Thankful I saw this post after Thanksgiving "death"

Southern cooking, man. We stay away pretty good, even up here in PA we are part of a community shared agriculture, but put me back in the south with my mama's cooking. Damn. So, all that work I put in over the past couple of weeks has been gained back. But! I know I can do it! I was afraid the weight would always be there; it came from being put on a new medication.

 

I'm so glad I for this article today, I was feeling very awful about myself, but now I feel hopeful again! I can rez and get back on track!
