Anorth3243 Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 Long story short, got a new job that required a move to a new place and a new mode of transportation to work (I lived where I worked...sweet gig if you can get it). Because of all of this, anything health or fitness related fell off of my priority list. My clothes got tighter. My blood pressure has gone up, and my good habits have gone down. Until I got today's email. I've been on the mailing list for a while, but never really paid close attention to anything on it until today. So, as of today, I hope to get a jump start on improving my health. This is also mostly due to a major blackout that affected my job, but not my home. This gave me some time to finally rake the yard and prep some decent meals. Hopefully I can stay on track. Thanks all. 1 Quote Link to comment
