BloodyChalice Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 Hi BloodyChalice here from the Philippines First of i was part of the community since last 2 months ago, started stronglifts hey i even reach like 140 lbs 5x5 squats,started eating right,,avoided some of the bad stuff for like 2 months... then overtime work came add that i have to travel like 2 hours to work 7 days a week for 3 months and up to until now,, so going to gym kinda got lost in the priorities and barely eating good food(healthy food)Then last monday it hit me... maybe i could do something.. maybe i can change something about this situation,, last monday started waking up 4:00 in the morning to do the following routine 20 pushup x3burpee for 1 min (nonstop)shadowbox 1 minSquat jump 12 X 3foot drills 3 sets of 12 and yesterday kinda rest for a while yesterday with a accomplishment of not eating like a pig. earlier this morning i started the following 20 pushup x 530 secs , 60 secs 60 secs of planking20 squats x 312 left jab12 right straight12 left and right roundhousefootdrills 3 sets of 12... kinda need help guys, i know i cant still return to the gym as of the moment,, am i doing this right?? are there anymore things i should do ?also i kinda got lost on all quest/role picking routine, I need help Quote 0%0% Cardio (burpees, Dancing) 0%0% Strength Trainning 0%0% BoxingHow do you hope to improve yourself if you do not challenge yourself - Ratohaketon - Assasin's Creed 3 Link to comment
Aegle Posted December 3, 2014 Report Share Posted December 3, 2014 When you return to the gym, don't over exert yourself because you'll wear yourself out, and then it's easy to fall into old habits.
