addicted2aa
Hey, name's Ringo and I've been reading the blog casually for a while now, occasionally working out but no real dedication. Time to stop being an NPC and level up. 27 year olds, been somewhat athletic my whole life but never took it really serious. Not sure about my profession, I used to be a Scout, ran cross country for a few years, but haven't done that much recently. I'm probably more of a Monk, I fight SCA and ACL, hitting at least 3 practices a week, as well as spending lots of time reading about historical WMA and watching videos of today's practitioners. I don't have defined goals yet which I know is a problem, but I don't think I know enough to really set worthwhile ones. For now, it's clean up the diet(2000 calories, breakdown to be determined), add 3 days of distance cardio to get my scout levels back, and get back to an hour of pell practice a day.
