scb Posted December 4, 2014 Report Share Posted December 4, 2014 Ok, so a little background: I am a former pro wrestler who, due to falling out of love with the sport, retired at age 23 and it just led to poor health choices. I am now 27 and have several on and off spurts of trying to change my habits The worst I have ever been was 20st (280lbs), that was 2 months or so ago, now I've lost about 10lbs but just eating better, but still not that great. Now with xmas and the new year approaching I wanna blast into 2015 a new man. The plan so far is to go about 80% paleo for the next 30 days and go out for a run at least 3 times a week, this will lead into going back into the gym for free weights and their cross fit equipment in early Jan. I really struggle staying motivated after that first week or 2 and slip very easily, so hopefully I will finally be able to develop that a good habit in 30 days Quote Stop being Ordinary and start being Legend.....
