Arrowan Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 My last 6-week challenge included a goal to do 5 minutes of handstand practice everyday...I did a mediocre job sticking to it. I skipped a lot of days and after the challenge I totally stopped. But I really want to do a handstand! It takes strong arms and strong core and good balance, plus a fair amount of discipline to practice every single day. Those are things that would be of great benefit to my overall wellness. So this is my re-commitment. There are plenty of other parts of my life that could use work too, but for right here and now I'm making this one commitment to "re-spawn" in the handstand arena. Five minutes of practice every day, for sixty days. Starting now. No excuses. No hesitations. I can spare five minutes a day. I can do this.
