Daithi
I never truly quit, I merely postponed my workouts almost every day. I'm kidding I fell off the wagon and knocked my nut, I've been busy with college and my little one. I do sports and fitness Higher at college so I participate in circuits two to four times a week. I've avoided putting on too much weight and I've gained muscle along with the fat accidently but within the last 9 months I've gained just over a stone making me a wonderful 80 kilos. I'm not standing for that! This is my body and am the boss! I plan to get back into boxing and minor weight training(Curls, extensions)! To quote my Geordie shore show Ku'mon! Let's get chizzin! Randa Rooskie
I'm not standing for that! This is my body and am the boss! Be the boss, man, be the boss. I have serious respect for anyone who even thinks about boxing... that's some intense training! Happy Respawning!
