Hey you guys!! (Sloth to Hulk respawn)

I've been reading this blog for years and have learned some great things. But I haven't gone all in and stuck to the plan for a long while. So here I go. I was a division 1 football player and wrestler, but a combo of life and injuries has sidelined me and shattered my previous progress.

I took up rugby to add the competitive edge to my fitness, but I still can't get back to wherevI once was. Today that changes. I'm going to use the next month to get back to what I consider a base line. Lifting everyday, eating right, and staying active. I'm going to hit 1-1 like I never stopped working out
