Hey all, I just joined the rebellion! I'm not sure if anyone else from Alaska is on here, but I've been here my entire life.

So in high school I would have been a Monk without a second thought, when I was training in Tae Kwon Do I got to Candidate Black Belt, however, I started going towards other pursuits.

Flash forward 7 years, I've added about 70 Pounds over where I was then, due to not taking care of myself in college.

I've got a desk job now, so I spend 9 hours a day sitting at my desk at work.

I've started taking a 10 min walk on my 2 15 min breaks, and a 15 min walk before and after I'm at work.

The most frustrating thing is I'm not able to train like I once could... and I know it'll take a while to undo the 7 years of damage that I've done to my body, I'm just having issues with being unable to do 100 pushups in a row anymore.

now that being said, I'm not sure where I want to go with myself here... I don't know if I can see myself as a warrior or a scout. I've got flat feet and so I've never really enjoyed running.

I could always train as a Monk again, my old master has retired so I'd be starting at square one (which is a good thing). I've recently started Meditation at night to help me relax, so I might want to look at the Druids. I've always been interested in parkour, but I've got a fear of heights, however, I do think I might enjoy the assassins. I'm really having a hard time choosing, so I might want to join up with the adventures for a while to see how I like it over there...

Anyway, I've blathered on long enough, I'll see you all online!
