Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself. A little about myself; I live in Illinois, and kind of lost my way. See a few years back, I was doing really well, was down to my lowest weight since high School, 215lbs. I felt and looked great. Over the course of a few years, I started settling down, gaining weight back, and now I'm at an unfortunate all time high. I feel horrible about the way I look, and am STUCK!! I can't find my way back to the gym. I try so hard to eat right, but with my current life situation, that's hard to do. I'm looking for help,for direction, motivation. I found nerd fitness through facebook, so I'm hoping I can find myself again by seeing others succeed. If any of you have any tips, I would love to hear them. THANKS!!

I would write out all the tips I can think of but (1) they'd probably be very random and (2) I have to go now! However, WELCOME and you will find all the info you need in Steve's blog and in threads on this site. Post your own battle log, keep track of what you're doing/planning/aiming for, and read read read!
